Engineer Yongtai Li Has Attended the 2025 AsiaLLVM Developer Conference in Tokyo to Discuss LLVM vs. GCC Performance on RISC-V
Yongtai Li noted that the LLVM/Flang toolchain now fully supports RISC-V SPEC CPU builds. However, continued effort is needed for Fortran optimization and certain passes. Going forward, focus will be placed on tracking LLVM version updates, monitoring regressions, and following SPEC CPU-related tuning.
